Accupan
warranty statement
Accupan System Components have a limited lifetime warranty
that covers both materials and workmanship. A Return Material Authorization
(RMA) number must be obtained from us prior to returning a product for in
warranty repair. This RMA number must be prominently displayed on the shipping
carton, and the owner is responsible for shipping charges to BLS Designs,
Inc. If, in the opinion of BLS Designs, Inc. the problem resulted from improper
use of the product, the owner will be contacted and provided with estimated
repair and return shipping charges. If the repair falls under warranty provisions,
BLS Designs, Inc. will return the product via FedEx ground at our expense.
Registering your product
If you purchased your Accupan System directly from BLS Designs,
Inc. we registered it for you before we shipped it. No further action is required.
If you purchased your Accupan System from one of our resellers or distributors,
you must fill out and return the warranty registration card, or complete the
on line registration form on our web site.
Obtaining Accupan product service
If you have questions about your Accupan System that are not
answered in the User Manual or on our web site, we invite you to contact us
through our web site message system, or by calling our Customer Support telephone
number. You can reach us Monday through Friday at 916-967-5064 between 8:00
AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
To obtain an RMA number, call us Monday through Friday at 916-967-5064 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. You may also request an RMA number by leaving a message on this web site. We will email an RMA number to you. In either case you should provide a brief description of the problem for our Customer Support team to evaluate.
Accupan return policy:
In general, Accupan System sales are final. If in the first
two weeks of ownership you are not convinced our Accupan System lives up to
our product specifications, feature, and benefit statements you may contact
us for permission to return the product. We will issue an RMA number. The
product must be properly packaged and returned at your expense. After the
product is received and inspected we will refund your original purchase price
minus a $50.00 restocking fee. If the product has been damaged in shipment
or mishandling, repair charges may be added to the restocking fee. It should
be noted that the two-week interval starts from the date you received your
product.
